Location Data
Antory may request access to your device’s location (ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION and/or ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION) to enable features such as displaying nearby content or personalizing in-app experiences.
Location access is used only while the app is open (foreground use only).
Antory does not collect or store background location data.
Location data is not shared with any third party and is used solely to enhance app functionality.
Users can deny or revoke location permissions at any time in their device settings.
Google Sign-In / Account creation
Antory supports signing in with Google to create and access your account more conveniently. When you choose “Sign in with Google,” we request only the minimal OAuth scopes needed to identify your account:
openid,email,profile
What we collect from Google:
Email address (used as your account identifier and for account-related communication).
Basic profile information (display name and profile picture/avatar) — used to prefill your account profile.
How we use this data:
Solely to create and authenticate your Antory account and to improve onboarding (e.g., pre-filling name/avatar).
We do not access or request additional Google data (calendars, contacts, location, etc.).
We do not use Google profile or email for advertising, analytics, or sharing with third parties (except as required by law).
Storage & retention:
Your email and profile info are stored securely on our servers to maintain your account.
If you delete your Antory account, we will remove these Google-provided identifiers in accordance with our data deletion procedures (see “User Rights” section).
Revoking access / disconnecting Google:
You can disconnect Google Sign-In from your account in Antory’s settings.
You can also revoke Antory’s access from your Google Account at any time via Google Account → Security → Third-party apps with account access.
Security:
We use secure transport (HTTPS) and industry-standard protections to store and process these data.
